At WATCH KRAFT, we are committed to delivering your timepiece safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed only after successful order confirmation.
We always aim to ship orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. However, processing time may vary during high-demand period, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Partners
We primarily ship orders through DTDC.
In locations where DTDC service is unavailable, we may use alternative trusted courier partners to ensure successful delivery.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once the order is shipped and marked in transit, the estimated delivery time is:
- 3–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier service availability
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or operational delays
4. Express Shipping
Customers may request Express Shipping for faster delivery service.
- Express Shipping charges: ₹250
- Availability of express shipping may vary depending on the delivery location.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped:
- Tracking details will be updated on your order page, or
- The tracking number will be shared with you via text/message.
Customers are advised to regularly track their shipment status after dispatch.
6. Shipping Charges
WATCH KRAFT offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Additional charges apply only if the customer selects Express Shipping.
7. Holidays & Weekend Dispatch
We do not process or dispatch orders on:
- Public holidays
- Weekends
Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
8. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur during:
- Public holidays
- Weekends
- High-volume shipping period
- Unexpected courier or operational issues
WATCH KRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.
WATCH KRAFT will not be responsible for:
- Lost package due incorrect information
- Failed deliveries
- Delivery to incorrect address
caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
No refund will be issued if:
- The package is delivered to the address provided by the customer, or
- The shipment is lost due to incorrect customer information.

WATCH KRAFT specializes in vintage and refurbished watches. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details and shipping information before placing an order.
