Cancellation and Refund Policy
At WATCH KRAFT, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Within 6 Hours
Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it.
In this case:
- A full refund will be issued.
- No cancellation charges will apply.
2. Cancellation After 6 Hours (Before Shipping)
If the 6-hour cancellation window has passed and the product has not yet been shipped, the order can still be cancelled.
In this case:
- A 2% cancellation/refund processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
3. Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped whether before or after the initial 6-hour period, cancellation will only be processed after the product is successfully returned to us by the logistics partner.
In this case:
- The refund will be initiated only after the returned item is received and verified.
- Any applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted where necessary.
4. Refund Processing Time
For all cancellation and refund cases mentioned above:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- The amount will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
