As we deal in vintage and refurbished watches:

3. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
WATCH KRAFT reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspicious activity, or incorrect information provided by the customer
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
WATCH KRAFT reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days after confirmation.
- Standard shipping is free on all orders.
- Customers may request Express Shipping for an additional ₹250 charge.
- Estimated delivery timeline is 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- We primarily ship through DTDC or other courier partners when required.
WATCH KRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact details while placing an order.
WATCH KRAFT will not be responsible for:
- Failed deliveries
- Lost shipments
- Incorrect deliveries
caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
No refund will be issued if a package is lost or delivered due to customer misinformation.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cancelled within 6 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- If cancellation is requested after 6 hours and before shipping, a 2% processing fee will be deducted.
- If the product has already been shipped, refunds will only be processed after the item is returned and received back by us.
Refund processing timelines are generally 7–10 working days.
8. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only:
- For mechanical issues, or
- If the product arrives damaged or broken
Customers must record a proper unboxing video before opening the parcel as proof for damage-related claims.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues
- Personal preferences
- “Different than expected” reasons
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
WATCH KRAFT reserves the right to reject any false claims, manipulated evidence, policy abuse, or return requests that fail to meet our return guidelines.

All returned products undergo inspection after delivery to our facility.

- Approve or reject return/refund requests after inspection
- Refuse refunds if the product is found tampered with, damaged by misuse, or inconsistent with the original complaint
