Return & Refund Policy
At WATCH KRAFT, customer satisfaction and transparency are extremely important to us. As we deal in vintage and refurbished watches, every timepiece is carefully inspected and described before shipping. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of successful delivery of the product.
Requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The watch has a mechanical issue
- The item arrived physically damaged or broken during delivery
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a damaged or incorrect item, customers must record a clear unboxing video before opening the parcel.
This video is mandatory evidence and must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- The opening process
- The condition of the item received
Without a proper unboxing video, WATCH KRAFT will not be able to accept claims related to:
- Shipping damage
- Missing items
- Incorrect item received
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for reasons including:
- Size or fitting issues
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (“didn’t like it”)
- Different than expected
- Minor cosmetic variations expected in vintage/refurbished watches
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
In all return or exchange cases:
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers must securely pack the product to avoid damage during return transit.
6. Inspection Process
Once the returned watch is received:
- The inspection process takes up to 1 working day.
- The product will be checked to verify the reported issue and overall condition.
7. Exchange or Refund Option
Before issuing a refund, WATCH KRAFT will contact the customer and offer the option to:
- Exchange the product, or
- Proceed with a refund
Exchange products must be of the same value as the original purchase.
8. Refund Timeline
If the return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful inspection.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
9. False Claims & Policy Violations
Any false claims, misleading information, manipulated evidence, intentional misuse of the return system, or failure to meet the conditions mentioned in this Return & Refund Policy will result in immediate cancellation of return, exchange, and refund eligibility.
WATCH KRAFT reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with our return guidelines and verification process.
10. Important Note
WATCH KRAFT specializes in vintage and refurbished watches. Some watches may contain restored, repainted, or aftermarket components while preserving original mechanisms whenever possible. Customers are encouraged to carefully read product descriptions and specifications before purchasing.
